  From the sermons i heard is okay but doesnt seem to get past the basics of christianity

  Came to the Bakersfield area for my work. Went to 3 other churches that are also part of the Nazarene denomination but really didn't hear the Gospel until we came here. Pastor Darren and the staff are very involved with their congregation and that is evident by all of the great programs they have for all age groups.
  This is a very relaxed and open atmosphere that any age group is welcomed and can get involved. You want to hear the true message of the gospel, then this is the place for you. If you want to get involved this is the place for you. If you want to go to church to get your church card punched, go try out the other Nazarene churches in the Bakersfield area.
