  One of the most well-maintained cemeteries in all of Bakersfield. Any time I need help locating a grave site they are more than accommodating. They also have an option on their website to locate where someone might be buried although occasionally one won't be listed and in that case the office can help search other areas to see if it can be found.

  If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. We had the worst experience here. So bad that we switched to Basham which exceeded our expectations. MARK B to be exact was probably the worst director I've ever come across and I wish and hope that no grieving family has to deal with his awful demeanor. For handling things for grieving families you would expect the customer service to be a little better than the typical retail/fast food experience, they were worse than this. The receptionists at the front huffed and puffed when we asked that they call a certain someone or asked questions, excuse me but it is part of your job and if your old grumpy self doesn't like it then maybe you shouldn't be working there. I would not recommend working with the short haired receptionists and definitely not with Mark B the director. Patty was sweet and she worked well with us when she had to. I just expected so much more from such a huge company and a very popular one at that. You need new directors.. people that are wanting and willing to handle grieving families in a proper manner, workers with patients.

  My grandmother passed away and requested a simple service with no pictures of her. The mortuary requested two pictures to help with the embalming process so she would look similar to what she did in real life. When we arrived at her grave site service we were mortified to see a picture displayed on an easle that was a replica of the two pictures, but with my grandmother's and daughter's (who was also pictured with her) skin tones altered. The only reason why I give you more than a one star rating is that the employees immediately took down the hideous picture when my uncle asked them.

  When I request unusual procedures for my parents not a single strange look did I get. In fact my person who helped my with all the arrangements was a former student of mine. Thanks Kelly for everything.
