  I am beyond happy that we turned to Basham in our time of need. I worked with Kevin Lara (I think that's his last name) through the whole entire process for my uncle and I could not have been more satisfied, compared to the director we dealt with st another facility.. he was just an angel to us!!! Not only did I appreciate all the help, the calls, the patience, and the sympathy, but so did my family. My family talked about how amazing you guys were and how you guys made us comfortable during this hard time. We can't thank you guys enough for giving us the opportunity to bring my uncle home one more time and for handling everything in a timely manner and being patient with us. You guys helped us lay him to rest with ease. For that we appreciate you and recommend anyone that needs any type of services to go to you guys!! You guys rock!!

  Initially on the first consultation things went smoothly and they were extremely nice and helpful
  It then took FIVE days to create my father
  We had to call back numerous times and ask about his remains
  Finally they have him ready an hour before the service they knew the date and time for
  They forgot about his flag we had to remind them
  We get home after service and realize that they didn't give us his death certificate so we have to go down there yet again to pick it up
  Idk if they have to much of a case load or if they're just incompetent but needless to say if that type of service is required in the future Basham is not the place I would use
  Lots of sorry and smiles to cover the mistakes they make

  I had a recent bad experience. Representative was acting more like a car salesman. I think he was having trouble meeting at the same time because he would leave to go check something and would come back 10-15 minutes later. I finally told family to go somewhere else. Needless to say, other local businesses were more compassionate and kind than the people at this place.
